I had a PPO on a Porsche Macan. These guys are top of the line. They were able to fit me in next day and were beyond extraordinary in their customer service, candor and response times. This type of service and customer appreciation is hard to find these days. People don't appreciate or work for your business like they used to. These guys are old school awesome!

I had an excellent experience today. I brought my car in for a diagnosis because I had already identified the issue myself and wanted a professional confirmation before moving forward with repairs. Neeri, my service advisor, was courteous, professional, and transparent throughout the process. They provided appropriate recommendations and clearly explained my options without any pressure. To my surprise, they were also able to complete the repair the same day at a very reasonable price. It's hard to find a shop that combines honesty, quality service, and fair pricing, but they did exactly that. The peace of mind knowing the repair was done correctly was well worth it. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back in the future.

Technik Imports should be your go-to shop for your Volkswagen. After a long, stressful journey trying to fix my 2018 Volkswagen Atlas, they were the only shop that gave me real answers, real transparency, and real results. My car started hesitating and sputtering, and the dealership immediately quoted me nearly $14,000 for a head gasket repair with no real explanation or itemized pricing. I left feeling uneasy and unheard. Trying to save money, I went to a smaller independent shop. That turned into three months without my car, $6,000 in repairs, and a vehicle that still overheated and had more codes pop up. When the mechanic blamed me for not bringing it back fast enough, I knew I needed someone who actually cared about getting it right. That's when I turned to Technik Imports again, and I wish I had gone to them first. Garrett took the time to ask questions, listen, and arrange a full diagnostic at their Raleigh location. Within three days, I had detailed photos, clear explanations, and a complete understanding of what was actually wrong. They found seven coolant line leaks that the previous shop missed as he couldn't get a vacuum seal. Garrett even arranged for me to speak direc
